Bellforce is unique as it funds the purchase of sites, runs the developments and then in most cases uses the developments as an income building vehicle and rents the buildings. This financial strength sets the company apart from others allowing the company to grow whilst protecting itself from the varying political and economic factors. Additionally, we work on client builds and have a select group of regular clients that provide a personalised development service for.
We have strong relationships with partnering companies as well as having a sister company, Camertown Builders Merchants, that has been operating for over 30 years. This has afforded Bellforce the opportunity to have uninterrupted construction and the immediate availability of quality materials during the construction phase, ultimately resulting in quick turnaround times.
Bellforce and Heest team up for more complicated projects, or projects that have tight timescales. The synergy between the companies, effectively speeds up project timescales and reduces external risks. Materials can be purchased at the start of the project and stored at our storage facilities in Buckinghamshire, protecting projects from inflation risk. We are involved in the complete development cycle, from the planning through to the construction stage. As an all-round company, we fully understand the need for efficiency in building and appreciates the extent of client demands and business requirements.

Sandy Mattoo is Managing Director at Heest, with over 30 years of experience in the property sector, he is responsible for appraising and negotiating development and investment opportunities. With his industrious and customer-centric approach, Sandy has a proven track record of ensuring timely completion of projects whilst maximising profits, adhering to safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective synergy with teams and stakeholders.

With 15 years of property development experience, Bobby has spent the last seven years as a Director at CDC Residential Ltd, following 12 years with its parent company. He specializes in delivering luxury homes and apartments, ensuring seamless coordination between design and construction teams while maintaining top health and safety standards. Bobby bridges communication with designers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to keep projects on track and delivered on time. His meticulous approach to project handover ensures client expectations are always met and exceeded.

Formerly a Director at CDC Residential, Rose Uniacke and Royalton, he brings a rare blend of technical precision and creative insight. His work includes luxury homes in London to landmark properties across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. His passion lies in making great design and with a hands-on collaborative approach, he gets the best out of every team.

Starting his career as a skilled tradesman, Sean has spent a decade honing his craft on-site before moving into contracts management with Fusion Brickwork, where he oversaw high-end, award-winning projects for 15 years. For the past 17 years, Sean has specialised in project and site management, delivering bespoke, luxury developments for some of the most respected names in the industry, including Octagon, Royalton, Halamar, and CDC. His attention to detail, hands-on approach, and commitment to quality make him an invaluable part of our team and a trusted leader on every project.
